| Our mission at Girls Incorporated of Fort Smith is to provide opportunities and directions to girls ages six through eighteen in Fort Smith and surrounding areas. Girls Inc. is helping young women find their own identities, develop their full potential, and achieve a sense of responsibility for themselves, their families, their communities, and their world for today and in the future. Furthermore, our purpose is to help girls overcome the effects of gender and racial discrimination, develop their capacity to be self-sufficient, and be an advocate for girls.
